Insurance must be issued at least 24 hours before the trip starts.
Once the passenger has boarded the flight, insurance issuance is no longer possible.

a. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
b. Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
c. We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
Dhow Marina Cruise | SIC
Embark on the Dhow Marina Cruise’s lower deck for an enchanting experience. Delight in a welcome drink, buffet dinner, and live entertainment amid Dubai Marina’s stunning views. Immerse in the illuminated ambiance, sip soft drinks, and enjoy onboard comfort, including washrooms and seating. The cruise is a shared experience, and transfers will be provided as per your selection, either on a Shared (SIC) basis or Private basis.
